bcuris was established in 2018 with a core team of staff and consultants who all hold relevant qualifications and bring extensive experience to benefit our clients.

bcuris believes in an integrated project management approach to increase collaboration and communication regardless of the methodology chosen. From delivering a methodology of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, PRINCE2, PERT, Adaptive Project Framework, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban for a project size of small and specific through to large and multi-site our approach is to provide the environment for all stakeholders to contribute to the best of their ability to ensure a successful project.

We also maintain a wider network of associate consultants who we work with on an individual project basis, contracting them for specialist pieces of work where needed due to specific client needs. The benefit of a team of specialists is that as new challenges arise, we can help clients to procure the specialist solutions that will drive their organisation forward whilst minimising overheads.

Our Programme Management Office works closely in partnership with specialist providers such as Design and Build Contractors, Quantity Surveyors, Architects and FCA approved finance companies to ensure full delivery to meet clients’ needs.
